- List bill – 100% of premium billed to employer or union sponsor
- Split bill – percentage of premium or fixed dollar portion of premium billed to employer or union sponsor and remainder billed to retiree
- Direct bill – 100% of premium billed to retiree
- “Automatic” Claims Filing Plus®
- All administration and coordination with Medicare is done by a dedicated team of Group Administrative professionals at the Home Office in McKinney, Texas
United American also has a dedicated team of Group Administrators who are assigned group accounts and handle billing/collection of premium, enrollment/disenrollment of participants as well as many other troubleshooting and administrative tasks. Group Administrators also handle any questions your retirees have regarding their Group Retiree Health insurance.
